On October 17, our fifth annual Hearth Festival opened Caldera's Blue Lake campus to the community, free for everyone, in our 30th year. Families made art at our Maker Stations, joined guided tours of the land, and spent the afternoon by the lake. We saw familiar faces, met new ones, and welcomed people seeing Blue Lake for the first time.

The festival came at the end of a hard week for Central Oregon. Being together at the lake meant a lot.

Thank you to our volunteers, staff, and board, to Luckey's Woodsman and Sisters Bakery, and to everyone who helps keep this day free for our community.
